Green Valley Products' founders
Paul Valle - President and CEO
- Paul has a 20+ year history running businesses in building products. Prior to founding Green Valley Products, he was a Managing Director at Highlander Partners, a private equity firm deploying over $2B of capital making direct control investments in various industries. He was also the CEO of Demilec, a North American market leader in the manufacture and supply of Spray Polyurethane Foam, where he grew revenue substantially in a 3-year time-period and successfully sold the business to Huntsman Corporation in 2018. Paul has also previously served as President of Silverline Windows, when it was a Division of Andersen Corp and prior to that, President of CertainTeed Insulation, where he successfully launched the first Spray Foam offering by a Fiberglass Insulation company in 2009.
- Paul has a firm belief about SPF becoming the leading insulation product for the future, in both residential and commercial construction, but also understands that there are still hurdles to overcome in getting there. He and the Green Valley Products team are committed to developing solutions which will hopefully accelerate the market conversion from lower performing traditional insulating products, to high performance SPF.
Bobby Koudelka - CFO
- Bobby is co-founder of Green Valley Products, following a successful career as Vice President of Private Equity at Highlander Partners, where he met and worked with Paul in the successful turnaround and eventual sale of QTI Fibers, which returned $100M of upside to ownership. In his time at Highlander, he executed over 30 closed private equity transactions (acquisitions, refinancing and divestitures) and conducted significant financial accounting, strategic, and operational improvement initiatives in a wide array of businesses.

Ahni comes to us following a very successful career on the contracting side of the insulation industry and has a proven track record of building strong customer relations. She joined the industry working in production and sales for Garland Insulation in 2005 where she started spraying foam in 2008
and received certified sprayer training from Icynene in 2008 and Demilec 2012 .
She has managed and run multimillion dollar insulation installation operations for over a decade and most recently was a Regional Director for TruTeam before joining the Green valley Products team.

Steve's prior experience includes 12 years as Technical Director for Icynene-Lapolla, where he directed the industry leading development of the first commercially viable Closed Cell SPF utilizing the 4th generation HFO blowing agents in roofing and wall insulation foam products. He was also a Product Development Chemist with Foam Enterprises / BASF for 9 years and prior to that, a Technical Representative at Stepan Co. for 10 years.
Steve has 40+ years experience in our industry and a successful background in formulation development, quality control, customer satisfaction, and obtaining all industry required approvals and credentials worldwide for the sale and use of SPF products.
Carl Landes - Director of Operations

Carl's prior experience includes 5 years as Plant Director for Demilec-Huntsman. In his time there, he led operations, commissioned and qualified a new facility, designed new process & automation controls and developed Safety, Quality, and Production Metrics. He also led Benchmarking for SPF product optimization.
Prior to Huntsman, Carl worked for Saint-Gobain Abrasives for 10 years as a Division Production Manager and Quality Manager where he was regarded as a Lean Manufacturing Guru, led Green Belt Projects and Trained Green Belt engineers.

With over 20 years of experience in purchasing and supply chain acquired within large companies, Ana was previously Vice-President of Global Purchasing at Demilec-Huntsman for 5 years and prior to that with Saint-Gobain Corporation for 23 years, where she held positions in their Coated Abrasives Business as Purchasing Manager North America and Logistics Manager Worldwide.
Ana has a track record of achievements and demonstrated skills in her field of Supply Chain that includes deep experience in raw material sourcing, negotiations, international agreements, inventory management programs, logistics, and supplier development. She also possesses an acute understanding of the raw material components of SPF, including the pricing, alternatives, and supplier dynamics.
